Skip takeout, make your own Chinese feast.

I get so tempted to pick up my phone and order food when I’m feeling lazy but after making these last two recipes, it really shows that a little bit of effort and home cooking can make all the difference.

Last week, I made Instant Pot Orange Chicken and Hot & Sour soup and both of these dishes were ready in under an hour. That’s probably quicker that it would take for your local Chinese restaurant to deliver. Each recipe uses minimal ingredients and what I really love is that they are both so customizable to your taste.

I love really sour Hot & Sour soup, so I tend to add more vinegar. But, if that’s not your jam and you like it spicy, go ahead and grab those red chili flakes! These are also great meals to make in bulk so that you can pack them for lunches or store them in the freezer when you don’t feel like cooking.

You may have noticed, I’ve skipped sending out my letter last week because I’ve been working on my first video recipe, which I’ll be sharing via YouTube so stay tuned for that.

Thanks for following along and happy cooking this week,

Kelsey
