Eat: Adamson's French Dip
I know what you’re probably thinking, a french dip place? After going to a friend’s baby shower, Elliott suggested this popular sandwich spot in Sunnyvale that serves primarily french dip. Being a sandwich lover, I agreed and I’m really glad that I did. They cook their meat over a wood fire grill and it’s home to the best prime rib french dip I’ve ever had.
The meat was so tender, the bread was super soft and the au jus was just the right amount of salty and flavorful. They also have delicious fries and an abundance of sides that will make this a complete meal.
To top it off, they make their own root beer that’s served in one of those big A&W type frosty mugs. We liked it so much, we left with a six pack and immediately went home and made root beer floats.
